But with the development of the Chinese economy and customers' knowledge of drinking, people have begun to seek higher quality products, such as raw liquor, which marks the concept of "ancient methods" and "tradition" and gradually appears in the sight of customers. Whether in terms of aroma, taste, texture, or style, it is far from reaching the level of original liquor.

However, in fact, based on the current technology and taste standards of Baijiu, this kind of original liquor is not really good. In addition to the inconsistent alcohol content, original liquor still has some defects, such as fusel, faint flavor, and ordinary taste. It is always a bad Baijiu. However, many friends like to drink original liquor because they feel that the wine just distilled is a real grain Baijiu.


So here we need to touch on blending. If we call all the directly extracted wines raw wine, then using these raw wines to blend with each other to maximize strengths and avoid weaknesses can also be called raw wine.


So, many new raw wine products are blended with wine, using different vintages, aromas, and flavors of raw wine for seasoning, making the overall flavor of the wine harmonious and full.
